From our flats you can reach many of Bremen's sights on foot. The connection to the public transport system is also ideal.
The main railway station and trade fair grounds are only a few minutes away from our city flats.
The Weser Promenade
A walk along the Weser is always worthwhile. There you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and beer gardens along the "Schlachte". From the opposite side of the Weser you can directly reach the recreation area "Kleine Weser" and "Werdersee".
Werdersee & Kleine Weser
Just a few minutes walk and you will reach the attractive recreational area of the Pauliner Marsch with Kleiner Weser and Werdersee.
Whether jogging, stand-up paddling, sunbathing or a long walk - there is something for everyone here.
Der Schnoor
Der Schnoor (von niederdeutsch Snoor = Schnur) ist ein bis in das Hochmittelalter zurückreichendes Gängeviertel in der Altstadt Bremens. Die ältesten weltlichen Bauwerke stammen aus dem frühen 15. Jahrhundert.
The market place with city hall
Bremen's market square is located in the center of the Hanseatic city and is one of the oldest public squares in Bremen. With the Roland statue and the town hall, part of the market square was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2004.
